How to get my free e-pass?
To obtain an e-pass for the next show, register from our website. The online registration is available about 2 1/2 months before the event.
The e-pass is free for all visitors. It gives access to the next event during 2 days.
The e-pass is to be ordered individually (the same email address can only be used once for registration). Each visitor must identify himself personally to order his e-pass, for authentication reasons of the indicated email address.

You cannot find any reply to your question? Our teams are at your disposal. There is a dedicated Première Vision office in your country/geographical area. Contact them from the list to find your referral contact.
I am unable to log in
Whether you haven’t received the code or have difficulties to fill in your registration process, please contact us, we will be try our best to help you!
Here below some advices:
- First of all, be sure you entered the correct email address, you may have made a mistake
- Then, if you entered your correct email address, check your spam folder or try again to enter your e-mail address
- If you have made the attempt several times, the system may have blocked your requests, please try again in a few hours
- If it is not in your junk mail folder, it may be that your company’s firewall is blocking the reception.
- In this case, contact us Each code has a validity period of 15mn, once this time has elapsed, you need a new code. Try again to enter your e-mail address
- /!\ Each code is unique – a new code received cancels and replaces the previous one /!\
If the problem persists with an error message on your window, please tell us…
- When you enter your phone number, be careful to enter only figures (no "+") to prevent some errors
- To enter your company details:
If you're from France, Italy or Germany, some companies will be suggested while you begin entering some characters.
It's possible at any time to enter your information manually (button: "I do not find my company"

How can I get more than 1 e-pass through my account/my personal area?
The e-pass is to be ordered individually (the same e-mail address can only be used once).

Denim Première Vision is an itinerant show specialised in everything denim. It offers a window on denim, its trends and its markets.
Who is Denim Première Vision for?
Denim Première Vision is designed for all fashion professionals who love denim and want to meet denim experts.
As Denim Première Vision is reserved for professionals, visits organized by colleges, universities and other educational institutions will be under quota.

When I arrive in Milan, how do I reach the venue?
To reach SUPERSTUDIO PIU:
From the airport
From Linate
Public transport lines: Take underground Metro M4 until San Babila then take M1 (red line) until Cadorna then M2 (green line) get off at P.ta Genova. It´s a 50 minutes trip and is 2.20€. You can find Superstudio Più 700 metres away (Need cross the passage Elvira Leonardi Bouyeure to arrive at Via Tortona).
Taxi: It’s a 48 minutes trip and is 35€.
From Malpensa
Public transport lines: Take the express train from Malpensa to Cadorna Station, then take the underground Metro 2 (green line) toward Abbiategrasso/Assago Forum for 3 stops, get off at Porta Genova. You can find the hotel 900 metres away (Need cross the passage to arrive at Via Tortona). It’s a 1H 30 minutes trip and is 13€ + 2.20€.
Taxi: It’s a 1H 30 minutes trip and is 95€.
Aerobus shuttle: Departs every 20 minutes and costs € 10. Take the MalpensaShuttle to Central Station, then take the underground Metro 2 (green line) toward Abbiategrasso/Assago Forum for 8 stops, get off at Porta Genova. You can find Superstudio Più 700 metres away (Need cross the passage Elvira Leonardi Bouyeure to arrive at Via Tortona).
From Orio al Serio
Taxi: It’s a 2H trip and is 150€.
Aerobus shuttle: Departs every 30 minutes and costs € 10. Take the OrioShuttle to Central Station, then take the underground Metro 2 (green line) toward Abbiategrasso/Assago Forum for 8 stops, get off at Porta Genova. You can find Superstudio Più 700 metres away (Need cross the passage Elvira Leonardi Bouyeure to arrive at Via Tortona).
From the train station
From Central Station:
Take metro line 2 (green line) towards “Abbiategrasso/Assago Forum” for 8 stops, get off at “Porta Genova”.
You’ll find Superstudio Più 700 m away (cross the Elvira Leonardi Bouyeure passage to reach via Tortona).
From the Metro
From Porta Genova Metro Stop: Superstudio Più is about 700 meters from the Porta Genova’s metro station. (Need cross the passage Elvira Leonardi Bouyeure to arrive at Via Tortona).

How do I access the event with my e-pass ?
- Present your QR code received by email directly on your smartphone at the entrance (Please make sure to display the images in your messaging app, as the QR code will not appear if you do not allow images to be displayed).
- Keep your pass accessible in your telephone for any identity checks as you move around the show.
Your e-pass is valid during the 2 days.
Are there any cloakroom for coats & luggage?
There will be a cloakroom at the entrance of the event (free).
I would like to bring a colleague with me, how can I do?
The e-pass is to be ordered individually (the same e-mail address can only be used once).
Each visitor has to log in personally to order an e-pass, for authentication reasons of the entered email address.

Is Denim Première Vision accessible to persons with reduced mobility?
Yes (but we will not be able to lend out wheelchairs).

May I bring a child or an animal to the show?
Children and animals are not allowed into the show.
Can I get my pass when I arrive? How?
Yes you can register quickly and get your e-pass, either on self-registration terminal or with the hostesses at the help desk

I am a student. Can students attend the Denim Première Vision event?
Yes, schools/students will be welcome at this next Denim edition.

Who is Denim Première Vision for?
A visitor account is created when a person:
-creates a profile on the premierevision.com site, has registered and/or has visited one of our shows.
I have not yet created my company (or it’s being created). What should I do?
At the beginning of your registration process, choose "Other industries / Institutional / Starting Business" category
On-line registration
Any visitor wishing to attend Denim Première Vision has to be registered. The e-pass will be requested at the entrance (registration will be possible at the door too)
What is an e-pass?
It is the admission ticket to events organised by Première Vision It is sent to you by e-mail. The pass is totally digital, displayed directly in the email (not attached), with a QR code. You need to allow images to be displayed in your mailbox to see it.

Where to order my e-pass?
From the homepage. Online registration is available around 2 1/2 months before the event
The e-pass gives access to the show during its two days of opening.
How can I get more than 1 e-pass from my account?
The e-pass has to be ordered individually. An email address can only be used once for logging in one person.
Each visitor has to log in directly and personnally to order his/her personalized e-pass for authentication reasons on the indicated email address.

I have not received / I have lost my e-pass. Where can I find it?
Check your spams! If the email address in your profile is correct and approved then you should receive your pre-registration confirmation in your email in-box.
Our teams could send it again, contact your dedicated office
If you cannot retrieve your e-pass, go to the Help Desk when you arrive at the show, and tell the hostesses you have reserved a badge but have not received it. After some checks, your pass will be printed.
