  • What health measures will be in force on site?

    Denim Première Vision is doing its utmost to welcome you under optimal conditions. On our site you will find answers to all your questions on the current health protocol and our commitments to guaranteeing your safety.

    To ensure the safety of all participants, we are following the recommendations of the Italian health authorities and putting in place a Health Pass system. It will be required in order to enter Denim Première Vision.

  • How can I access Denim Première Vision? Is it free?

  • I’ve arrived in Milan. How do I get to the show?

    All the information can be found in our section on travel:

    Access is free of charge. You must be registered to access the in-person event*, the digital event or both.

    *on presentation of an e-pass (QR code), which can be ordered here  

  • How do I access the in-person event with my e-pass (QR code)?
    1. Present your e-pass (QR code that you have downloaded or received by email) directly on your smartphone at the entrance.
    2. Keep your pass accessible in your telephone for any identity checks as you move around the show.

  • I can only visit the digital event, what is the QR code for?

    The QR code is only needed for visitors attending the in-person show, to present at the entrance.

    For the digital edition, you do not need a QR code. On 11 October, if you are pre-registered, then go straight to our site DENIM PREMIEREVISION MILANO – EDITION OCT 2021

     

  • Is the physical edition of Denim Première Vision accessible to persons with reduced mobility?

    Yes (but we will not be able to lend out wheelchairs).

  • May I bring a child or an animal to the show?

    Children and animals are not allowed into the show.

  • If I leave the physical show, can I come back in again?

    An e-pass is valid for the duration of the event.

  • What is Digital Denim Week and what content will I find there?

    Digital Denim Week is a 100% digital event which takes place over five days, in parallel to the in-person event. The next edition will be held from 11 – 15 October 2021, on the Denim Première Vision website.

    On the Digital Denim Week platform, you will find:

    Fashion and market information including:

    A series of conferences and seminars, notably on Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 October (more detail on this page: https://denim.premierevision.com/en/oct-21-edition/ )

    Trends analysis and collections for SS 23 and the possibility of ordering samples and materials by the metre from the Première Vision Marketplace.

    The collections of exhibitors registered for the Digital Denim Week and present at the Superstudio Più in Milan, are available on the Marketplace and you may contact them or make an appointment to meet them.

  • How do I access the Digital Denim Week?

    The Digital Denim Week is freely accessible from the Denim Première Vision website.

    You must register for the event in order to access all the content and source your denim products online.

    REGISTER FOR FREE FOR THE EVENT

    • If you do not have a Première Vision account, you will be asked to create one for free, entering your personal information and professional contact details.

    You should then add your professional information, your business registration number and EU VAT number as well as at least one phone number. This information is required for placing orders.

    • If you already have a Première Vision account, simply connect to your account to register for the show. The e-pass is valid for the in-person and digital editions.
  • Who can access Digital Denim Week? Is it free?

    Digital Denim Week is open to all fashion professionals. Access is free and also valid for the in-person even in Milan on 13 & 14 October 2021.

    You must register for the event in order to access all the content and source your denim products online.

  • What is the difference between Digital Denim Week and the Première Vision Marketplace?

    The Digital Denim Week is a digital event created in parallel to the in-person event and hosted on the Denim Première Vision website.

    It presents the content of the season and is the digital version of the in-person Denim Première Vision show (next edition: 13 & 14 October in Milan).

    The content is linked to the Première Vision Marketplace, which hosts the virtual boutiques of exhibitors at Denim Première Vision.

  • How can I register for the conferences / seminars?

    From Monday 11 October, you will have access to all the available content.

    Save time and activate your Première Vision account now, in order to access our exhibitors’ boutiques and their collections, if you are unable to travel to Milan for the in-person show.

  • What is a visitor account and what is it for?

    A visitor account allows you to:

    • Log in to our digital platform in order to access all the content available for all the shows and/or digital events created by Première Vision.

     

    • Manage your personal and professional information and user preferences so that we can provide a personalised, quality service.

     

    • Order your pass (and/or other available products) during shows organised by Première Vision (Première Paris, Made in France Première Vision, Denim Première Vision…) or register for the various digital events organised throughout the year.<0}

    l Find the pass(es) ordered at any time before the event.

    Note: if you require an invoice for any previous editions, please send an email to:  hello@premierevision.com, giving the name of the person, the date of purchase and, if possible, the amount of the invoice.

  • How do I know if I already have a visitor account?

    A visitor account is created when a person:

    -creates a profile on the premierevision.com site (or the marketplace), has registered and/or has visited one of our shows.

  • How do I access/manage my online account?

    Accessing your visitor account is quick and easy:

    If this is your first connection:

    The default connection method allows you to save a password to be used for subsequent connections:

    – Enter a log-in name (=email address)

    – Enter the code sent to the registered email address.

    – Create a password (8 characters including one letter and one number)

    You can choose another identification method using your Google, LinkedIn or Facebook accounts or choose to receive a unique & temporary code each time you connect.

    The last connection method use will be remembered for subsequent connections.

    The information required for the very first connection (whether you are new or had previously visited our shows/sites) is as follows:

    – Full name, country

    – Mobile phone number (optional) > we will send a code to your phone to confirm the number, but this does not block your registration process.

    – Professional category (choose from: Business, Student, Media…)

    – Address > we use suggestions from the data base of companies in your country.

    If you do not find your information, then you can enter the details manually.

    – Accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use:

    You are currently identified / connected and have access to all the site content.

    However please note: at this stage your profile will need completing with “professional information”, which is required for our teams to check your profile and authorise you to place orders directly from the Marketplace.

    Please provide:

    – your business registration number

    – Your company VAT number if you are registered in the EU.

    – At least one telephone number which exhibitors will note for the transport company when sending goods.

    >> If this is not the first connection:

    Your previous connection method has been memorised and will be offered automatically.

    You can change this at any time (identification from your LinkedIn, Google and Facebook accounts), and you can also create a password (click on the padlock icon):

    – enter your email and click on “next”.

    – click on “I have forgotten my password or am creating one for the first time.”

    – An email will be sent with a link to reset your password

    – Create a password (8 characters including one letter and 1 number)

  • I do not know my password, I have lost or forgotten it

    It is once again possible to connect using an email address and password. See “How to access my account.”

    If you have already been identified or have connected to the site with the temporary code, or via your social media account, this method will have been memorised. However, you can now create your password by clicking on the padlock icon.

    – enter your email and click on “next”.

    – click on “I have forgotten my password or am creating one for the first time.”

    – An email will be sent with a link to reset your password (valid for xxx hours).

    – Create a password (8 characters including one letter and 1 number)

  • I have logged in and want to edit information such as my last name, first name or e-mail address. How do I do it?
    • Your last name and first name can be directly modified in the profile from which you have connected
    •  The email address can also be altered from your account in the “MY PERSONAL INFORMATION / My connection information” section. After the new address has been entered, a verification code for that address will be generated.
    • Other fields, such as the company name, can also be modified.
  • During the log-in process, what status should I enter?

    When you create your account, you have to select your “status”. Here is a definition of the various profiles:

    Professional: any director or employee of an identifiable and identified company, registered with the Commercial Register in their country.

    Student: Student at a stylism/fashion school, with access to Première Vision Paris through their teacher and via a group registration (see the COLLEGE page here)

    Media: Journalist, writer, photographer, blogger, press officer, etc. For more details on this category see the media page:

    If you select the “professional” category, you should provide information on your company:

    Its name (from the reference list of companies or manually entered)

    Its postal address (drop-down list of addresses or manually entered)

    Information about the company’s registration with the local Commercial Registry.

    This information is essential in order to be able to place orders via the premierevision.com website.

    If you select the “individual” category (before end April 2021) you should provide professional information including:

    – A company name

    – A postal address (invoicing)

    – a company registration number for your country

    – An EU VAT number for EU companies.

  • I have not yet created my company (or it’s being created). What should I do?

    All events organised by Première Vision, whether in-person or digital, are for professionals from the Fashion/Textiles/Clothing sectors.

    If you are currently forming your company:

    – to register only for an event / in-person show, you can give provisional information in the “company name” section.

    To order from suppliers on the Première Vision Marketplace, you will need to modify this information and give your company registration and EU VAT numbers, because your profile has to be approved (see https://paris.premierevision.com/en/practical-information/faq/online-sourcing/

  • I have a Première Vision account; can I place an order? My account has not been validated, what should I do?

    To place an order on the Marketplace (SOURCING menu) your account must be validated. Première Vision can validate your account providing you enter the following information:

    – A company name

    – A SIRET or company registration number and / or a VAT number for EU companies

    – At least one phone number

    Without this information, the account cannot be validated.

    For any questions, or for assistance, contact customer service via the HELP widget on the site or contact the reference office for your country / geographical zone

     

  • How do I sign out?

    To sign out, click on the  button door on the top right of the screen, above your name.

  • Is access to the show free of charge?

    We are working to ensure that as many of you as possible can attend our events this autumn.

    That is why, given the exceptional post-pandemic context, the e-pass is free for all visitors.

  • How can I plan my trip?

  • Are there cloakrooms for coats and luggage?

    In order to keep contact to a minimum, only payment by bank card will be accepted.

  • I need a letter of invitation in order to get a visa. What should I do?

    All the information to help you obtain a letter of invitation for a visa is available here.

  • I am an agent. Are there specific conditions of access?

    Agents receive the access e-pass by email, if they register before the show. If this is not the case, go to the Agents Welcome desks at the entrance of the show to get a badge.

  • I am a student. Can students attend the in-person show?

    We invite students and their teachers to attend the digital show from 11 – 15 October 2021.

  • I am looking for an exhibitor. Where can I find information?

    All the exhibitors taking part in-person or digitally are referenced on the Première Vision Marketplace.

    From the Marketplace, the search bar allows suppliers and products to be found easily. You can refine the search using the various filters. For any other questions, see this page

  • How can I find out which exhibitors accept small orders?

    The Première Vision Marketplace has a system of filters on the left-hand side of the product pages (MOQ, nationality, eco-responsibility, etc.) After first doing a simple search via the search bar, these filters will allow you to refine your search for the products you need. For small quantities, the “production volumes” filter will allow to select quantities.

On-line shop

Any visitor wanted to attend Denim Première Vision, either in-person or digitally, must have an e-pass.

  • What is an e-pass or digital badge?

    It is the admission ticket to the Denim Première Vision show.  It is sent to you by e-mail. The pass is totally digital, which means it takes the form of a QR code received:

    • when your pre-inscription is confirmed, shown in your account, downloaded in PDF format and read on your smartphone screen.
    • by email, showing the email on the smartphone screen

    you may also print the QR code.

  • Where to order a pass

    The e-pass gives access to the show during its two days of opening, however long the visitor has chosen to stay (1 or 2 days).

  • I have logged in but I can’t order my e-pass. What should I do? Who should I contact?

    The e-pass has to be ordered individually. Each visitor must log in to their own Première Vision pour account to order their personalized badge.

  • Can I register more than one person? How? How can I add/ remove a colleague?

    The e-pass has to be ordered individually. An email address can only be used once for logging in one person. Each visitor must log in to their own Première Vision pour account to order their personalized badge.

  • I have not received/ I have lost my e-pass. Where can I find it?
    • Log into your visitor account to find your e-pass.
    • Check your spams. If the email address in your profile is correct and approved then you should receive your pre-registration confirmation in your email in-box.

    If you cannot recover your e-pass, go to the Help Desk when you arrive at the show, and tell the hostesses you have reserved a badge but have not received it. After some checks, your pass will be printed.

  • How do I access the show with my digital badge?
    1. Present your e-pass (QR code that you have downloaded or received by email) directly on your smartphone* at the entrance.
    2. Keep your pass accessible in your telephone for any identity checks during your travel around the show.

    *For those who do not have a smartphone, the hostesses at the help desks will register you and print you out a pass to present at the checkpoints.

  • Can I get my pass when I arrive? How?
    • Panels showing a QR code to scan with your smartphone to take you to the log-in page of your account, where you can register quickly and show your e-pass at the checkpoints.

Seminars & publications

In October 2021, the show is being organised in a hybrid format.

The programme will be divided between:
