Invitation letter for your Visa request

Our Italian team will be able to send you an invitation letter to present to the Italian Consulate or Embassy in your country to obtain a visa 

Invitation letters will only be sent to visitors who have taken their e-pass on our website. 

Send us your request with the following mandatory information & documents: 
- Your e-pass for Denim Dec 24
- Copy of your passport mentioning your Name, Firstname, date &  place of birth, passport number + expiry date
- A recent passport-size photograph 
- Documentation issued by the relevant local authorities proving the actual activity of your company (economic/commercial registration certificate, etc…) in connection with the fashion and/or textile industries
- Copy of your plane ticket 
- Copy of your hotel reservation
