BOTTER explores denim through material research and transformation. Their Caribbean roots and close relationship with the natural world provide the starting point for this exploration.

"We are drawn to the way surfaces change through their environment and over time. This inspires us to experiment with texture and process, allowing unexpected qualities of the material to emerge. A continuing exploration of how a familiar material can take on new expressions".

BOTTER, AT THE FOREFRONT OF CREATIVITY

BOTTER is an avant-garde fashion label founded by Rushemy Botter and Lisi Herrebrugh, known for its distinctive approach blending tailoring, Caribbean influences and environmental commitment. In 2018, they won the Première Vision Grand Jury Prize at the Hyères Festival during its 33rd edition with their menswear collection, “Fish or Fight”. The jury that year was chaired by Haider Ackermann.
