Troficolor Denim Makers is a Portuguese family business founded in the middle of the last century (1956.01.14), combining tradition and accumulated experience with continuous innovation. The initial commercial objective was the purchase and sale of fabrics, but soon we developed a fabric transformation unit in the areas of Printing, Dyeing and Finishing. By the end of the 60's we started our experience in Denim with 2 qualities, rising to 10 in the mid-70's and today, Troficolor is the market leader in this product in Portugal. The rapid transformations in the world of fabrics have resulted in new trends and realities, accompanied by constant updates. Through the creation of synergies and spaces, such as the research of innovative products and their introduction in the market as well as the centralization of the business force in the wholesale trade of fabrics, resulted in the abdication of the industrial area, motivated by the successful inauguration of the new facilities in 1992 in the center of Trofa. More recently, driven by growth and constant expansion, we have moved to a large and historic space, located in the industrial heart of Vale do Ave, with strong and long connections to the textile and clothing sector. It is an interactive space where we present garments with current proposals for fabric, finishes and washes. To this end, a Design Department has been setup to develop models, washes and finishes, always according to international fashion trends and in unison with another department in Italy. We therefore believe that we have all the tools to provide an increasingly better and more complete service to our clients. Troficolor is currently present in more than 36 countries, namely Spain, France, Italy, Germany, England, Austria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Turkey, Tunisia, Morocco, United States, Japan and Korea.
